The publication Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations (commonly known as the Orange Book) identifies drug products approved on the basis of safety and effectiveness by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) and related patent and exclusivity information.

In the first-ever Orange Book Conference (Oct. 27-28, 2020), FDA will showcase the Orange Book and provide a roadmap for the rich information it contains. This conference is a great opportunity for the brand and generic drug industries, and other interested public health stakeholders, to hear from the agency’s Orange Book experts, and provide feedback on its use and functionality.
